EMERSON CLIMATE TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES PRICE INCREASE ON WHITE-RODGERS OEM PRODUCTS

ST. LOUIS, April 17, 2008 – Emerson Climate Technologies, a business of Emerson (NYSE: EMR), today announced an average price increase of five-to-seven percent on select White-Rodgers electronics, valves, and other components sold to OEMs. The new pricing is effective on orders with a requested ship date of May 21, 2008 or after.
