EMERSON CLIMATE TECHNOLOGIES REACHES OUT TO SUPERMARKET INDUSTRY WITH REFRIGERANTS WEBINAR

The Overview of Refrigerants and Refrigerant Regulations in the Supermarket Industry is the first webinar in Emerson Climate Technologies’ ongoing efforts to keep the supermarket industry up to speed with refrigerant regulations and environmental standards.

The Overview of Refrigerants and Refrigerant Regulations in the Supermarket Industry addresses various industry developments on refrigerants and refrigerant regulations. The webinar discusses the R-22 phase-out, the total equivalent warming impact, refrigerant selection, retrofits and testing of other potential refrigerants. It also delves into hot topics such as potential EPA fines due to new refrigerant standards and the environmental impact of refrigerants.

This supermarket refrigerant regulations webinar illustrates the positive impact of educating the industry on environmental topics relevant to the success of their business and the industry as a whole. The 45-minute webinar is presented by Warren Beeton, vice president of engineering, Emerson Climate Technologies, refrigeration division. Beeton has 35 years of experience in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry. He has worked on the development of a wide range of products and is active on several ASHRAE and ARI committees. He is also a member of the Board of the Alliance for a Responsible Atmosphere Policy.
