PRICE INCREASE ON COPELAND AND FLOW CONTROLS PRODUCTS

ST. LOUIS, June 7, 2006 – Emerson Climate Technologies, a business of Emerson (NYSE: EMR), today announced price increases of 3 to 10 percent on all Copeland compressors, condensing units and parts, and 3.5 to 10 percent on all Flow Controls products. The new pricing is effective starting June 15-July 3, 2006.
