Q. Who do I call for Ventilation
Customer Service?
A. You can continue to call 1-800-550-5392.
Q. Who do I call for Ventilation Technical Support?
A. You can continue to call 1-800-550-5392.
Q. Where can I find information on Fantech?
A. Fantech is HQ in Sarasota FL, with manufacturing in Canada and is
a Division of Systemair Head Quartered in Sweden You can find
information about them at www.fantech.net & www.systemair.com.
Q. What about my pending request for a rebalance?
A. You will have to coordinate this request with Fantech and work
out a plan for the return.
Q. Do I pay the open Emerson Invoices?
A. Yes, please pay the open Emerson invoices and remit payment to
Emerson as shown on the invoice.
Q. Where do I send the payment for open invoices?
A. Please contine to send payments to the address shown on the
invoices.
Q. Where do I send the orders?
A. Continue to send in your orders as you do today and we will
notify you at a later date with details on order transition.
Q. When will I receive my open orders?
A. Emerson and Fantech are working closely together to minimize any
disruption in the service levels you have be receiving from Emerson,
we will do our best to meet the commitments already communicated to
you on your orders.
Q. Will the terms & conditions of sale change?
A. At this point in time, until further notice the standard terms &
conditions remain active.
Q. What is my pricing?
A. Pricing will remain the same until Fantech determines the need to
make pricing changes.
Q. How long before the brand on the product changes?
A. You will continue to receive Emerson Climate Technologies branded
products as we work through the finished goods inventory, within the
next 6 months.
Q. Will I receive the same products that I have received in the
past?
A. You will continue to receive the same products you have received
in the past. Over time, Fantech may decide to update or improve the
performance of the product lines.
Q. Will the manufacturers model number change?
A. Fantech will continue to use the Emerson Ventilation Products
manufacturers model number for some time.
Q. Will I be able to continue to purchase ventilation from
Fantech?
A. Yes, you will be able to purchase the ventilation products
through Fantech.
Q. Who is my new sales person?
A. Fantech has a rep network of approximately 50 reps. You should
receive a follow-up call from your new sales rep in the next few
weeks. Feel free to continue to contact your current Emerson sales
person until the transition to the new sales person is complete.
Q. How long will my current sales person call on me for
ventilation?
A. Until the transition to the new sales person has been completed.
Q. Who will cover warranty?
A. Fantech will be covering future warranty requests on the
ventilation products line.
